User data (name, occupation, e-mail address, home address, telephone, mobile phone,
etc.) and transactions of our customers are treated as confidential. Users in providing
their information in the context of their transactions will be informed by Mivas L.P.
and consent and accept the forthcoming processing of such personal data for the
purposes of smooth and easy transaction between the parties, as well as the
transmission of these data to recipients who will be specifically identified and are the
employees of the company. Ensures that only authorized employees have access to
transaction information and only when necessary, e.g. to handle orders. For the rest,
Mivas L.P. undertakes not to disclose the details of its customers and their
transactions, unless it has a written authorization from them or this is imposed by a
court decision or a decision of another public authority. All documents and electronic
data exchanged between the parties in the sale will be held by the company.
